Group courses
What courses do you organise?
We organise courses for everyone at any level! From 3-year-old children to adults, from those who have never put skis on their feet to the most expert skiers. Of course, we also offer snowboard courses. Find all the information here: https://www.skiwork.shop/en/PZZ8922V/collettive/
Where’s the meeting point?
Since last year, we only have one meeting point: in front of our office, at the end of the Buffaure cable car. The meeting point is the same for both private lessons and group courses.
How many people are in the groups?
The groups generally consist of 5 to 10 people. We always try to make the groups as homogeneous as possible, so that every participant can learn and improve.
What happens if there are not enough participants to form a group?
If there are not enough participants, we will reduce the number of lesson hours so that the group can start anyway. If this is not possible, the lessons will be converted into private lessons or refunded.
Is it possible to book a group course and ask for a specific ski instructor?
Unfortunately, for group courses it is not possible to choose the instructor in advance. Ski instructors will be assigned to the various groups at the beginning of the course according to the needs of the school.
How are the groups formed?
At the beginning of the course, a small selection will be made (for both adults and children), in order to assess the skiing level of the various participants. Based on this, they will then be assigned to the different course levels.
How can I book?
We recommend online booking in advance, at the following page book online. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of places when booking directly at the office.
Furthermore, given the current Covid-19 situation, we prefer online booking, in order to have as few people as possible in the office and thus reduce any risks involved.
Do you have any collaboration agreements with hotels/apartments/camp-sites?
We do! With camp-sites and some hotels… if necessary for groups we can make arrangements.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Group courses must be paid for in advance, otherwise the booking will not be considered valid.
How can I pay?
We accept all common payment methods (credit card or bank transfers for online bookings).
Is lunch included?
No, it is not included. However, we some special offers in many huts: Children will pay only € 12 for lunch
Is the equipment included?
No, it is not included.
Is the skipass included?
No, it is not included.
What skipass do I need?
For absolute beginners, you will only require the cable car ticket; then, your ski instructor will tell you what skipass you will need.
For intermediate skiers, for the first day you can buy the skipass for beginners; then, your ski instructor will tell you what skipass you will need.
For advanced skiers is recommended to buy the Val di Fassa skipass
For Full Day courses is required the Dolomiti Superski skipass.
Is the helmet compulsory?
A helmet is always recommended, and all children and young people up to the age of 18 must wear one.
Will there be an end-of-course competition?
Absolutely yes, excluding courses during Christmas and carnival holidays! On Friday morning, at the end of children group courses will be organized an end-of-course competition. Prizes will be given after it.
Do the course days have to be consecutive?
The days must be consecutive, so that the participants can improve together and learn something new every day.
Can I do fewer days than planned?

What happens if I get hurt during a lesson?
Of course, we hope you won’t! But in case, we have an insurance that covers the costs of first aid , which is included in the price of the lesson.
What happens if I get sick or injured?
In this case we will refund you from the day after the presentation of a medical certificate issued by a local health authority.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Winter sports mean having fun outside! It’s not a matter of bad weather, but of having the appropriate equipment.
When it snows, skiing is often even more fun than when it is sunny.
Therefore, lessons will not be refunded or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions.. If lifts close due to the weather conditions, we will make every effort to postpone missed lessons.
Private lessons
Where’s the meeting point?

Is it possible to book a lesson with other participants?
Yes, but we recommend that all participants have the same technical level, otherwise the instructor will not be able to follow everyone equally.
Is it possible for children and adults to have lesson together?
Since our instructors adapt their approach and explanation methods to every participant, we recommend to book two different lessons.
Is it possible to choose the ski instructor?
Of course! Ask for the availability of your favourite instructor when booking.
In what languages are the lessons offered?
Many of our instructors can speak English, German, Spanish, French and Russian. If you feel brave enough, you can even try to have lesson in Ladin, our minority language!
Should I try go skiing or snowboarding? What discipline is better for beginners?
If you’re a beginner, there’s not much difference in the discipline you’ll choose. Just follow your instinct!
What’s the minimum number of lessons I will need to learn?
It’s impossible to predict it, since it is very subjective and depends on the aptitude of the person. Generally, we can say that in 3 hours of lessons you can learn the basics.
How long is a lesson?
Every lesson lasts 55 minutes. Of course, you can do a full immersion and book several consecutive hours.
How can I book?
We recommend booking in advance online by sending an email to [email protected]. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of instructors for private lessons when booking directly at the office.
Furthermore, given the current Covid-19 situation, we prefer online booking, in order to have as few people as possible in the office and thus reduce any risks involved.
Do you have any collaboration agreements with hotels/apartments/campsites?
No, we don’t have any collaboration agreements for what concerns private lessons.
Do I have to pay in advance?
In order to confirm your booking, we ask you to pay the entire amount as agreed with the office.
How can I pay?
We accept all common payment methods (credit card or bank transfer for online bookings).
Is the equipment included?
No, it is not included.
Is the skipass included?
No, it is not included.
What skipass do I need?
For what concerns beginners we recommend you to ask directly to your instructor. For intermediate and advanced skiers we recommend to buy the Val di Fassa skipass.

Covid-19
I booked a group course/private lessons, but I got sick. What can I do?
We are very sorry, please notify us immediately by email at [email protected].
For the refund, we must kindly ask you to send us the home clearance certificate issued by the competent health authorities.
Otherwise, we can issue a voucher of corresponding value that you can use before the end of the season!
I would like to book a group course/private lessons, but I am afraid that the ski lifts will not open. What can I do?
We remain optimistic that everything will return to near-normality and thus that the ski resorts will be opened.
all the operators of winter tourism are moving towards one direction: start the season. We are carefully monitoring the situation day by day and taking special precautions to prevent crowded situations and possible spread of the virus.
On our side, in the event of closures/no openings, we will refund the amount paid or the issue of a voucher of corresponding value, which you can use until the end of the season!
What measures will you take in order to prevent the spread of the virus?
