CONTACTING US

If you contact us via the form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and in case of any follow-up questions. This data will not be shared without your consent.

DATA STORAGE

For a simpler purchasing process and subsequent contract management by the web shop operator, the following data may be stored: the IP address of the internet connection owner, as well as your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number and the billing recipient’s details.

In addition, for the purpose of contract management, the personal data of the service beneficiary (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) will be stored. The data you provide is necessary for the performance of the contract and for pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot enter into a contract with you.

Your data will not be shared with third parties, except for credit card details, which are transmitted to the bank/payment service provider for processing the purchase payment; to our tax advisor for compliance with our tax obligations; and to IT service providers who ensure the operation of our database, IT system and newsletter system. We have entered into data processing agreements with these service providers in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

If the purchasing process is interrupted, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data arising from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period (7 years).

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the provisions of § 96(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the GDPR.
